WorkeaseAI Systems Services · Reg.No 20263131358 (JR0191015-X)

1. Who we are and what this notice covers

Funnelphilia is operated by WorkeaseAI Systems Services (registration number 20263131358 (JR0191015-X)), referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”. This notice explains personal data handling on the Funnelphilia website and blog.funnelphilia.com. Linked websites may have different privacy notices.

2. Information you provide

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we send your email address and the signup source to beehiiv through a server-side API to manage your subscription and deliver our updates. Your browser may independently retain entered information through its autofill features. The enquiry form remains a preview with submission disabled.

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, your message and any details or attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond to you and discuss your request. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending identity documents, financial details or other sensitive personal data unless we agree on an appropriate method.

If we enable website submissions, we will update this notice before collection begins. The enquiry form is designed to request your name and email address so we can respond; business or website details and the message are optional. Without contact details we may be unable to respond. Newsletter signup is optional and separate from a service enquiry.

3. Technical information and cookies

When you visit, the hosting and network services that deliver the website may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages and request times to operate the site, protect it and investigate errors.

The blog uses WordPress. Essential cookies may support sign-in, security and user preferences. Embedded content, such as videos, may contact its provider and follow that provider’s privacy practices. The current Content Hub does not add analytics scripts or advertising pixels. If additional tracking is introduced, we will explain its purposes and provide choices or request consent where required before activating it.

4. How we use information

We use information you send to answer enquiries, evaluate a possible project, communicate with you and, where a project is agreed, administer that relationship. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting and security. We may also process information where necessary to meet legal obligations or handle a dispute.

An enquiry is not permission to add you to a marketing mailing list. Newsletter signup is separate and provides a way to unsubscribe using the link in our emails.

5. Sharing and overseas processing

We do not sell personal data. We use beehiiv to process newsletter signups, manage subscribers and deliver emails. Beehiiv may process data outside Malaysia; its privacy policy is available at https://www.beehiiv.com/privacy. Where needed for the purposes above, we may also use hosting, email, communications and professional service providers. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to establish or defend legal rights.

Some providers may process information outside Malaysia. Before using them for personal data, we will assess the relevant safeguards and comply with applicable cross-border transfer requirements. We do not authorise providers to use enquiry content for unrelated marketing.

6. Retention and security

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, applicable legal requirements and the resolution of disputes. We then delete it or remove identifying details, subject to necessary backup retention.

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please contact us if you believe information has been disclosed in error.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or ask us to limit processing. You may also request deletion or data portability where those rights apply. We may need to verify your identity and explain any lawful limits on a request. Withdrawing consent may prevent us from providing a requested service.

Please contact us using the email address below. If a privacy concern remains unresolved, you may raise it with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Commissioner.

8. Children and updates

This website is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly seek personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.

We will update this notice when our practices change and revise the date above. Material new collection or uses will be explained before they begin where required.

Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 October 2026

WorkeaseAI Systems Services · Reg.No 20263131358 (JR0191015-X)

1. About these terms

These Website Terms of Use apply to this Funnelphilia website, operated by WorkeaseAI Systems Services (registration number 20263131358 (JR0191015-X)). They explain the permitted use of the website and its content. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the website.

2. Information and enquiries

The website describes our strategy, copywriting, website, funnel, email and creative services. Its content is general information and is not a binding offer, quotation or promise of a particular result. An enquiry does not create a client relationship or reserve capacity.

The newsletter form sends your signup to beehiiv. The enquiry form remains a preview and cannot submit information. No purchase or payment is processed through these forms.

3. Projects and service agreements

Paid work requires a separate written agreement covering the scope, fees, payment schedule, delivery, revisions, responsibilities, cancellation and ownership or licensing of deliverables. These website terms do not set a deposit, refund policy or project deadline. For an agreed project, the separate agreement governs the services, subject to applicable law.

4. Content and intellectual property

Our branding, writing, designs and original materials are owned by us or used with permission. Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may view the website and share links to it. Other reproduction, resale or commercial reuse requires permission or a licence that permits it, except where the law allows otherwise.

Portfolio items may include concept work, demonstrations and AI-assisted creative. Labels and project descriptions provide context; examples do not guarantee equivalent results or imply an endorsement by a third party. Ownership of commissioned work is addressed in the relevant project agreement.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the website unlawfully, impersonate others, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website or other visitors. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements.

6. External websites

Links to portfolio builds, articles, tutorials and third-party services are provided for convenience. Linked websites may have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control independent websites and are not responsible for their operation or content merely because we link to them.

7. Availability, accuracy and results

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. We may update content or features. Please confirm information material to a project directly with us before relying on it.

Marketing and creative outcomes depend on factors including your offer, audience, budget and implementation. Website examples and general statements do not guarantee revenue, conversion rates, rankings or other commercial outcomes.

8. Liability and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this informational website. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limit any non-excludable consumer rights, remedies or guarantees. Liability for paid services is addressed in the separate project agreement, subject to those same legal protections.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling on this website and how to contact us about your personal data. These terms do not replace a privacy notice or constitute consent to marketing or tracking.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are drafted on the basis that the operator is established in Malaysia and are governed by Malaysian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact us first about concerns so we can try to resolve them. Nothing here removes a right to use a competent court, tribunal or regulator.

We may update these terms for future website use and will revise the date above. Updates do not retrospectively change an existing project agreement without agreement or another lawful basis. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
